INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES
Once you have received a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder from a medical doctor, please call or email us to begin the process. We will send you intake forms to fill out and gather background information. Once we receive your completed forms, we will contact you to initiate the next steps.

ASSESSMENT
We will assign a clinician to your case. The clinician will contact you to schedule an assessment and learn more about you and your needs.

REVIEW
Our team will meet with your family to review the assessment and discuss the proposed goals.

APPROVAL
Our team will prepare a report of the initial assessment and submit it to your insurance provider to request services. Once we receive their approval, we will contact you to begin services!

THERAPY
Weekly sessions will be conducted according to a set schedule. Your ABA therapist will administer daily therapy sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. The therapy team will track data to monitor your child's progress.
